I noticed on my 04 Warrior that the tunnel protectors are a little loose at the rear of the sled ( Aluminum square tubing)
Their not flopping in the breeze! Just a little side to side movement.
Is this something to be concerned about or no big deal? :?

Mine were like that, too. Probably not much to worry about, however I took one inch aluminum "L" channel, cut '2', two inch pieces off and riveted one to each protector and to the plate that's holding the rear of the protector on the underside of the tunnel. Easy to do with the sled either on a sled lift or the back end hiked way off the ground. Cover up the exposed track back there with a towel or something to keep the aluminum shavings off of it while drilling the holes. I used a Dremel in the limited space.

ecopter,
I was thinking about doing the same thing before I wrote this! ;)! Now that you have confirmed it, I will do the same.

Thanks LaLaLa
