We use Turbonetics for our turbos and supplies. If your turbine housing is similiar, they might have one to fit your needs or we could order one for you.

Dallas, You coud check the speed shops for one that goes around a starter on automotive applications. Some people use them with headers so the starter will last longer. It looks like the same stuff as some of the front mounts have on them. I used the aluminum heat shield that fit over the stock muffler on mine. I drilled out the rivets on one side and pulled that end off and cut enough out of the center section to just fit and then riveted the end back on and it slides on all the way up to the oil line.It works great and almost looks factory made, Ken.

Check out 1Fastcar.com ~ their products are top notch and they make turbo blankets, wiring housing, tapes, etc. Very nice.

i ended up having to pull my turbo off today to replace a broken stud and while it was off i made a little extra heat sheild to go to the inside and over top of the turbo. that will keep my wires and tanks shroud cooler.
i still plan on putting a blanket over the turbo but at least for now it will be rideable.
