turbo exhaust ?

I have a 05 Rx1 with a simmons cpr front mount turbo, right now there is only a 10" elbow comeing off the turbo. I want to make it a little quieter, would welding a pipe to that and putting it farther to the back of the sled make it much quieter? or would a old muffler off a motorcycle fit inbetween the seat and track?

can the excel be used with a boss seat, it doesnt have exhaust cut outs.

I had the muffler shop make me a straight pipe,it connects to the downpipe and exits out the back under the rear seat. Hopefully it will be ok. Sled seems to be alot quieter than before with a little elbow for exhaust.

I made a muffler out of an old WR450 exhaust i had sitting arround for my boondocker a few seasons ago. Made the sled much quieter with out changing the performance. No more pissed off skiers in the parking lot or on the trail!

did the muffler fit under the tunnel. I have a mountain mod seat with no cutouts.
