well guys after a few weeks on researching, the turbo phazer is under way. The fab work is being done by a shop in town called DPI. joe is the master fab / welder. depending on how this turns out we might look into doing a kit. pics are taken with my phone so sorry if the quality sucks. i will try and update as the project progresses.
specs-
Garrett GT1548
bell intercooler (can flow up to 200 HP)
Fuel lab MINI FPR.
stock injectors (for now) sent to RC Engineering to be cleaned and flow tested
still researching fuel control options.

Can't wait to see the setup, This is the low boost pump gas for starters build right? I'm still toying with the low boost no intercooler idea. I know on low boost turbo or Vortech supercharger builds I've done that intercooler were pretty much useless until 6psi boost and start to make noticeable gains above 8psi.

I would understand you not wanting to but could you tell us what LC Engineering came up with for specs on our injectors? Also what is the spray pattern?

Awesome sled!I like the cooler hidden like that. You are going to freak some guys out for sure!I wonder if you could run a bypass exhaust?

The exhaust will look stock at a glance. The wastegate will dump into the track. Injectors come today ill keep you posted. I had them tested to know what boost I can safely run

Would be very cool if you wrote a "how-to" on this project so those of us who can afford to spend 2-3K on this project could do it ourselves...

I've been wanting 110-120 pump gas HP out of my Phazer since day 1 of owning it.

Can you price out what you bought and where, and any custom work (maybe make some drawings with specs)?

AMO,
it will take a few shake down runs before i finalize the project. (unless i get lucky and planned everything correctly the first go round) as far as money spent, unless your the guy doing the fab work or have a buddy that is awesome at fab work, it would probably just be cheaper to get a kit. people selling kits (no neseccarly me yet) have invested hours and money into getting something that works and they usually have overhead on a shop ect. thats why you pay so much. if we do kit this set up it will be around $2500-3000 (aprox, i have a excel sheet im keeping track of things) im not out to get rich and dont have a shop so it would be basicly at cost. it wouldnt come with a computer or gauges but could be bought seperate. if you decided to do one on your own ill give you some info where i can! thanks for the intrest
