Looks really nice Jason. Did you get to run it on the dyno yet?
How is the sound?
Where did the final weight savings come in at?
I don't know if it will be an issue for you or not, but will that exhaust get plugged with snow? Last years 900 mountain cats had a similar exhaust exit and when you would carve to the right in deep snow they would start to bog because the snow was plugging the exhaust. This year the put on a deflector to prevent the problem.
I'm getting excited!!!!!

It sounds like a R1 with a pipe on it. It flat out screems at you when you load the motor. We can add a deflector to the pipe very easily.
Dyno was supoose to be today however do to time restrictions with are dyno guy we've pushed it bcak a few days.
The final weight sayings was about 40 pounds. I want to re calculate that number and post pictures on a scale. We were so excited to get her back together and started that I forgot to do that.

Any concerns with the oil tank getting a lot of extra heat from the exhaust running so close to it.Can you also use the stock exhaust or is that not an option.

As of this moment stock exhaust isn't an option. We've run the sled real hard and you can grab the pipe with a bear hand so heat in the oil tank isn't a concern. I've also install reflective heat tape on that side of the tank.
