Has anybody put a turbo system on a new viking?
I road the Bearcat 660T and love the pull of a Turbo,
but I prefer the ride of a Viking.

Turbo
I'm sure you could turbo a Viking easily. It is the same engine as the older vector. Call Tom Hartman at Hartman Inc and see what the differences would be. I can't imagine it would be much more difficult with some different clutching changes than a Vector.

Gary from Prince George Yamaha in B.C. put one on his 06 VK Pro. MCXpress had a kit for the VK/Vector which has since been discontinued. He had to do a few mods to get it to work right including cold air intake location. He says it really lightens up the big sow in the mountains. At 205hp on pump gas I guess it would. He also put the 1.5" lug upgrade track to pick up more snow. I was considering trying one, but I couldn't justify the price ($6K). I would rather put it towards a paddle track play sled for pounding the backcountry. The VK rear skid won't take it based on my frequent breakdowns last winter.
