While coating the cylinders with oil in my warrior i forgot to ground the coils out with the plugs in them(The coils weren,t even connected). Will this cause any damage to my electrical system,it was only 3 cranks?

You will be fine....i am sure.
The deal is that with these small ferro magnetic mass step-up coils, the secondary voltage rise like crasy when there is no plug to clamp the energy. Surrounding materials of the secondary gets pearced by sparks's released... tiny holes that is, that may one day comes back to you. Worst, is a bounce back of energy into the primary which may be bigger that the tolerance of the snubber protection circuit (present in all hv coil driver) . Since you had the whole thing disconnected ... what's the problem ??? i see none.
