Ulmer Clutching with 23 top gear

I recently bought a used Ulmer clutch kit, I was wondering of the guys that have this kit and have a 23 tooth top gear what they are using for the setup for the wind on the secondary and how much weight they are pulling and where. Just trying to get a good ball park to start from to get it setup for my style of riding.
