Clutching

• SR Viper naturally aspirated clutch kit! The #1 selling clutch kit on the market, we have revised our settings for this season for even better top end. The only clutch kit that comes to you setup for your riding style and conditions! We personally tailor each kit! The clutch kit is capable of going from stock to exhaust and intake modifications with simple washer adjustments! 129, 137, 141, 153, or 162 mountain sled we have tested them all both on our chassis dyno and on the snow! The only complete kit on the market that includes a primary spring, weights, secondary spring, and helix. $400
• SR Viper turbo clutch kit! We have tested the Yamaha/MPI 180 (spring power surge kit), MPI 190 kit, MPI kit turned up to 14 lbs boost, Hurricane 190, Hurricane 240, MC Xpress 190, and MC Xpress 270 turbo kits. $400

Performance Exhaust

• SR Viper Venom header: The stock header works well at high rpm, but sacrifices midrange punch. If you're required to run the stock muffler, the header can and will add midrange and top end horsepower and your buddies will never know! A true merge collector header made from Stainless Steel that will add horsepower to your SR Viper as well as hold up much much better (turbo applications)! $699.99
• SR Viper Venom muffler: We have worked very hard on a quiet muffler option for those of you looking to increase horsepower but maintain a reasonable sound level. The quietest free flowing muffler on the market! 5 lbs lighter than stock! Allows access to the chaincase tensioner to make maintenance easier! 2 decibels louder than stock (deeper throatier sound, but not obnoxiously loud)! 7 to 8 hp gain over stock! Performance Intake

• SR Viper Venom intake kit: Previously we have sold our heralded K&N intake kits, but we had complaints on intake noise so we went to work to find another option. This year we introduce our SR Viper Venom intake kit, which consists of three velocity stacks and an air inlet to modify the stock SR Viper air box. Add huge midrange horsepower (12+) and great top end power by adding air velocity and cooler intake temps going into the motor! $299.99

SR Viper MPI Turbo Upgrades

• Intercooler Upgrade: Upgrade your Yamaha/MPI kit from 180 hp to 190 hp with the addition of an intercooler, quick spool waste gate, and all hardware needed to install. A must have for those looking for the ultimate in horsepower.
• 4th Injector Kit: We have two different options on this, either using the MPI GEMS controller or the Ulmer Racing exclusive Power Commander V PTI unit.
• Fuel Pump Upgrade: Users wanting to maintain their stock MPI GEMS fuel controller, but wanting more boost, will need the upgrade fuel pump and regulator to get more fuel flow to the injectors.
• Power Commander V PTI: Allow ultimate control of your fuel injection system based on boost pressure or throttle position, comes fully mapped from Ulmer Racing!
• 430cc Injectors: A great addition to the Power Commander V PTI unit with the ability to allow fueling up to 10 lbs boost through just the three injectors!
• ARP Head Stud Kit: The stock head bolts are necked down in the middle and can stretch. When upgrading horsepower to the 240 or higher level, head studs are a great idea!
• Head Shim: We have several thicknesses available depending on the power level you are looking to go to!

Yes you will need more fuel. Power camander will be needed. Call Allen ulmer up. He will hook you up with a power camander and a good map.
