Anything I can do to adjust suspension so it doesn't bottom so easy without ruining the ride? I have my torsion springs set to soft and have my transfer rods set to near max. If I stiffen up my springs and reduce transfer will it help stop the rubbing? What about the clicker on the rear shock, I haven't touched that yet?

But seriously can you move the muffler up a bit?
what about if you put a small hump in the cover you made for your tunnel and moved the exhaust up out of the way. You have a turnout so it should not make any difference. That track hitting a hot exhaust can't be good.
