Hi
I fired my sled after all summer storage. Changed oil, starter and starter relay, had problem with frozen relay all winter. And Starter was burned.
Thing i need to say, i sunk my sled in 3 feet of water, not fully under water last spring, changed oil 3 times, dryed everything and sled worked fine after that, no problem at all. Always started immedialty.
Yesterday, first start of the season after starter install and pre season oil change, batterie charged, sled started after the first complete turn of the motor, healthy idle at 2000 rpm. But after 5 minutes of idling, redlight still on, i gave a quick burst of throttle, rpm climbed to 4000 rpm and stayed there. I was in an heated garage at about 70°
I stopped the motor, wanted to start it again, but it crank, no start.
Only code i got was 81 because i removed handwarmer.
Any idea ?
thanks

Is the fuel pump kicking on? 1 of the relays in left foot well. Should feel relay click and hear pump running. Usually the 3rd relay in but not always. Also helps to tell us the sled u have. Better put u'r location in u'r sig before they catch u.

yes relay is working, pump is cycling too
Sled started first time, its after i stopped the motor due to Light staying on and 4000 rpm Idle. After that, refused to start.

There is a safety auto shut down when a certain temp is reached after idling for a certain amount of time. Sounds like that happened and fouled the plugs.

Problem was : not enough coolant in the system (i found a leaking hose)
Temp sensor wasnt getting any coolant, temp reading was way too low.
Same thing for idle motor : the thing wasnt getting any coolant, so not hot enough to make the wax melt
Redone the coolant mix, started fine, 1 min later, redlight disappear. Great
