On the weekend i had an upper a arm ball joint loosen up. Now the hole for the bolt is a little egg shaped on top of the spindle. Could i drill it out and use a helicoil? Does the hole need to be the exact diameter of the bolt so theres no play? Or just re install bolt and tighten with red loctite? Theres a washer that sits between the ball joint and spindle it is fine. Any thoughts?

Find someone to weld it then redrill it is the best option besides a new one
