Roger, Thank you for the explanation. If that front track shock Had a lot of presuure on the spring that would take lots of presuure off the skis and make handling bad. George

Yes it would. Take the pressure off that spring, and the front of the track at the same time, and you'll have a sled that handles completely different. Why Yamaha can't figure out this stuff is beyond me.

Roger, I'll measure mine to check length tp spec. I adjusted it once and it looked OK. I've got my sled handling well know. Still a little tippy in opposite sloped turns. George
