The seating position, is it conventional ... in other words not rider forward?

In terms of rider position, think of the 2005-2008 RS Venture as a 2005-2007 RS Vector with a back seat. Given that the 2008 RS Vector has adopted the Apex rider position, I wouldn't be surprised if the 2009 RS Venture does as well.
