about 18-24 inch of fresh powder over a 5 foot base with granular snow under.
Take-off was a bit slow, i was over a small lake, some ice under snow. And i know, i have my 2 gal jerry can on back. To long to remove it
And i let off throttle in the bottom , some bump on the second pass.
You guy with turbo, it's a pure destroyed hill that you will leave after one pass, direct to the top, nose pointing the sky like a Power line Pylone.
Nobody make it direct to the top that day.

i was tired of getting unstuck at this time, and last part of the hill was a snow drift of about 4 feet deep powder, better go down, and i was trying to go straight line, the hill was easy to climb with sidehilling and turn
When deep it's too deep, and i was only pulling 9600 rpm climbing this hill

Hi Tundra, Nice video! By the way, I'll be in the Mont Valin next weekend (25,26 et 27 feb). My dealer offer me a 2004 RX-1 Mtn to test drive for the whole weekend. Do you think I should try it ? What do you recommend ? Hope to meet you over the weekend! Bye! Errol

No, stock, you wont have the feeling you want. Handlebar too low, anti-ratchet not in, Ski de fefi, and stock clutching.
But you will have some fun, very deep snow, and it's snowing now. Since Saturday, 4 more inch. Not enough
If he can have a 05 at place of the 04 it's should be more more better than the stock 04.
I will be there saturday, we can meet nere La chapelle on the beginning of the day.

it's will be way better, but stock clutching suck, and the 23-40 gearing too.
But anyway, if you like it, it's about a big big 300 $ mod
, and its will be good, and way cheaper than a new. It leave a lot of cash for taking
By the way, another guy with us have a Rx-1M 04 too, and with it's new 30 $ clutching mod, the sled rode real great. And with luck, the guy with us that have a Mountain Vector will be there too saturday.
Here my email, if you want to contact me : jfgravel.capital@bellnet.ca
