My 16 year-old son and I bought a little video camera this winter and took some footage the few times we had some snow. Here's a four minute video I took up behind our house in April. My kid weighs only 110 and rides a 800 summit he has modified. I'm still slinging around my 03RX1 Mtn, less a few pounds.

Nice vid.It looks like the 4stroke put's more ower to the snow!Did you and your son evr drag race uphill?

I ride with a number of 800 summits they never want to race anymore. It's no contest. I'm 6 sled lengths ahead at the top of any hill.

how old is ur son?
he can handle that 800 really good for 110 pounds
what does he ave done 2 his 800

This is his son, I am 16 years old and 5'4". My 800 has a light weight Tison tunnel, light weight hood, extroverts, Boss flat top seat and an exhaust can. The weight reduction really helps. fun stuff...

wait a minute your 16 and have a tison tunnel wtf???

j/k

Kachess when you going to turbo that bad boy of yours?

We paid $175 for a Tison tunnel for an Arctic Cat at an auction. We had to chop and shim it a bit to get it to fit his summit. No turbo for now. Can't afford it, and my sled seems to taking me where I need to go.

Looks like your sled is working pretty good. You should come up this way some time and ride the Whistler area.

We almost made it up to near your area this winter. We signed up for an avalanche class with the Black Tusk snowmobile club, but due to a series of unfortunate events (torrrential rain, Mud slides, truck transmission failure, sled issues) we never made it to the lodge. We settled for two trips to revelstoke to get a little snow fix. We'd love to check out your area (Whistler) next year.
