looking to get a rebuild-able rear shock for the rear skid of my 04 warrior. what year viper shocks fit in the skid?? do the viper rebuild-able front shocks work on the front of the rx chassis as well??

why just look for viper shocks? Just measure your shocks and you can find them anywhere off of anything. Personally I would look for some used Fox shocks, they are rebuildable and wont be much more than buy new shocks of the other kind.

viper shocks b/c you can get one for around 100 bucks plus the rebuild from pioneer performance for 70................ im not sure you can find fox shocks for that cheap

I have a set of Viper shocks on the front of mine. If I remember, they were just a touch shorter but have worked fine for 4 years.

Ok so your at over 300 for a set. I see fox shocks all the time used for 300. Just an idea.

I'll sell you all four shocks off a 02 viper ( the rear have been revalved by maxx perf. and used on a 03 RX-1 ) for $ 200.00 hows that sound ?

The back rear shock is only one you need all other shocks on your warrior should be re buildable. That what I did on my 05 rage. Some body had a set on chicago craigs list. I just saw them.

BC, The 02 Viper shocks came way to stiff, yammy gave new ones for people that wanted the change. I have run them on my RX-1 since new in 03. I think I still have one of them hangin in the garage. You pay shipping and its yours! Honk
