Well I hot glue guned an aluminum tank together last winter for my home made Turbo for my RX-1 and it never leaked so a couple months ago I thought I would see if I could build a whole boat (including the gas tank) Turns out this aluminum welding aint that hard. Here's what I did while I'm waiting for my new sled.

The wife and I did all the designing building and installing of all materials, 90% of which were raw materials. A buddy helped me with the bending as I do not have a BIG break for doing this. It has built it rod holders, and drink holders front and back, seats 4, does 40 mph, plains @ 12mph and will turn around in its own circumfrence going any speed. If your going over 30mph crank the steering and floor it, it will do a 360 degree spin! Not bad for my 1st boat.

Thanks guys for the compliments, Madmax funny you should say that, thats what my neighbors are calling me (Noah)

:D As long as you don't start gathering neighborhood critters. Did you use that alum. rod that is advertised on TV? MM.

Hot glue gun and aluminum? Would never have guessed those two would stick together. Just regular glue? Nice job on the boat, when are you starting a boat business?

I have a wire feed welder, and I bought a spool gun for it now. With that spool gun you don't even have to know how to weld. Its like using a hot glue gun. I'm getting not to bad at welding aluminum now so any parts I build for my new sled I"ll be able to build them out of aluminum instead of steel like I used too. Can't wait to start on my new ride :D
