Want to long track my 2007 Phazer FX

OK, I have a 2007 Phazer FX. I moved out west and am now in mountain country. I would like to turn this sled into the 144x14x2 mtn light.

I was thinking I would get the rail extensions from TRACKSUSA, and order the track from Yamaha (since you can't get a 14 inch wide 2 inch paddle anywhere else), but will need to do something about a tunnel extension. Anyone making one?

Also, what else am I going to need to make the switch????

Yes you will need to extend the tunnel. Just take a look at my pics in the Freeride track opinions thread. I have the 136" track.

Maybe it would be better to just switch to a mountan lite instead

Buy the OEM mtn lite parts for the tunnel.

The MTN Light tunnel is all one pices, atleast the center section, so you can not really buy it as a kit? I can get the reinforcement part that goes on top, but not the center section. Will have to make that one................... Unless some one has a kit already???

Also, are the front drivers the same? Clutches the same? I know the gearing is different..........

mtn light uses 8 tooth, other models use 9 tooth
