The mirrors looked differant than the yamaha mirrors
What I mean by that is the ones that I have seen, that go inside the windshield are great for looking at your knees!!! with no adjustment. Can you show me one more picture with where exactly they are mounted and if you have the part # Thanks Polly

Sorry, they are the only pics I have right now. If you open your hood and look there are dimples inside the hood from the factory where you drill to mount the mirrors. It is the dimples straight out from the headlamps. These have adjustment to them and as far as I can tell will be fine for what I need. I can see right past my hips and out to the sides as well as behind the sled. The Venture mirrors like Mad Max has are mounted high and give you an almost panoramic view to the rear, I was just afraid my cover would not fit and they might get damaged by low hanging branches.

My wife insists I have mirrors on my sleds.
I guess having to backtrack 6-8 miles one time to find her with her hood open because the temp light flashed on for an instant has something to do with it. She though she would never see me again.

Once, mannnny years ago I left my wife stuck miles back on our cycles.. She was stopped by a cop because her sticker was on the wrong side of her plate. Hmmmmmmmmmm. I bet I was 5 miles ahead of her.. oopsssss.

my rage starts fine, and i dont have a problem with the choke but as soon as the temp light goes out, then it kinda hunts and surges. it idles from 1400-1700, and my dads rx1 stays right at bout 1800. im wondering if thats normal or if i have to break it in?
