Took the sled up to the club house yesterday to try and dial in jetting etc.

Put about 10 miles on in the fields around the parking lot. Triangular warning light would come on for 25-30 seconds and then go out for a minute or two then back on for 25-30 seconds. Did not blink and no other indicator lights ever came on.

All the lights work when sled is first started. I brought it home and checked all connects etc, will try again today. Any suggestions? Thanks

My warning light came on when my machine overheated after I crossed over a long part of a trail with no snow to cool her down....... Thank goodness for the triangle light because the temp light on the speedometer is barely noticable....What drew my attention was the big orange triangular light..... Could yours have overheated as well and you did not see the temp light but did see the triangle light?

Both heat exchangers were equally warm, and not even hot. Just pulled the sled off the trailer and let warm up until the cold light went out, then went approx 1000ft @ 30-35mph. Was watching the egt guage and it only got to about 775 degrees. Once I shut it off and started it back up in about 5 seconds and light stayed off for about 1 mile. Just riding in a field got up to 4lbs of boost and never above 7000 RPM. Thanks

I filled the tank today and it took 6.4 gal. I also checked all wire connections and the problem seems to be gone. I do have a fuel return block under the fuel guage mounting block because of the turbo. Could that becausing the fuel sender to read differently? Seems ok now. Put about ten miles on today attempting to get jetting worked out. Warning light never came on. Thanks guys.

What you described sounded like a start up light, maybe it was the plug and it got the signal like it started every time.

check your wire harness in the nose area. It is most likely rubbing on the edge of the metal bracket on the right side that supports the plastic nose of the belly. I had the same issue with my low coolant temp light and the wires had been cut by the sharp edge of this bracket. I have seen many problems encountered on here by this problem. Remove the storage box in the front to gain access and then unwrap the tape and look very very close with good lighting and I bet you will find a cut that is grounding out on the bracket. If you look in your owners manual at the schematic and find the color of the warning light wire it may make it faster to find. Just make sure and check all the wires in that area right where the cable bundle touches.

I taped up the knicked wire and then put lots of extra tape around the bundle. Then I cut a peice of rubber hose and put it around the hole in the bracket.

Take your time and you will find it.

Good luck..

If the wires in the nose check out ok, you'll find out the next time you get down to about a quarer tank of gas.
