Was replacing the exhaust donuts on my 2005 Warrior. Noticed that the exhaust flange was broken off on one y-pipe of the exhaust assemblies and the three others are badly worn. So looks like that I need to also replace the 2 exhaust assemblies. Now the original part numbers are 8FU-14610-00-00 and 8FU-14620-00-00 and are the stock titanium Y-pipes. Is there a stainless steel alternate pipe ( 8FP-14610-10-00 & 8FP-14620-10-00 ) like they make for the 2006-2009 RX10 models? If not, will those pipes fit? Any suggestions would be helpful.

I can't help you with your question, but if you decide you would be interested, I have a full exhaust system out of an '04 Warrior, I could probably just sell you the parts you need.

Thanks for the offer. Can anyone tell me if 04 pipes will fit my 05 as they do have different part numbers. Is that because they are the same pipes but just made out of different materials. Thanks.

'03 to '05 will fit your sled, '06 to '09 will not their 1 1/2" longer +/- unless you use the complete system you can't mix them up...
If you do a bit of research on here I saw a guy from Renfrew that rebuilds the actual FLANGES...I'll give it a try this week to find the POST.

apltx08 is correct... besides only the 06-10 Sleds have titanium exhaust parts. All RX and RS are stainless steel.

Sorry but your wrong on that one. 05 RX has titanium head pipes and they are worth a fortune. 03, 04 RX will work to replace and are stainless steel.
Little heavier but more durable! The 05 pipes I took off my Warrior where twisted and bent out of shape as well as missing big chunks of the flanges. I would not recommend replacing with the stock 05 pipes.
The 04 pipes will fit and are a different number because of material they are made of.

Yep your right, I'm not sure if they're stainless or not, '05 where the 1st model year to come with TITANIUM...we installed a set of '04 on my bud's RX1 '05, they fitted like a glove...

1 thing we've noticed is that they lack support at the header & muffler junction and tend to SAG and KINK...we run a lot of WOT on lakes and rails beds and they get extremely hot and that is when they start sagging over time and CRACK, on my '08 APEX they actually added an extra support to stop this from happening, so far so good I've got 10.000kms on my '08 with no issues, check out the pic...

Yes, purchased pipes from 4strokelover87. Thanks for all your input, did not want to shell out for those astronomical titanium pipes, especially since they don't last. Cheers!
