First off you guys know your sleds,Thanks for all your info.
My Question,
I own a 04 warrior and 03 Mt viper no mods yet.
I have only taken the warrior on groomed trails.
how will that ma. perform in powder I'm talking small hills,
ungroomed logging rds,no big mts.here in maine
My viper will climb thru anything.the warrior is quick & smooth.
I love both sleds,Will yamaha do away with the mt viper in 06.

thanks

I've been through 2-3' of powder with no problem. Getting more than that you really have to watch yourself, Espically if there is no base underneith. Just ride smart and stay on the gas. The warrior is weighs more and has a shorter track than the mt viper so take that into consideration too.

I would regularly go into 5-6 feet with a 15x121 RX1. It would go pretty good if you are REALLY careful. There's no issues any more now with the 144. The thing with the warrior is that its got a steep approach angle, which will tend to dig nasty trenches which will leave you suspended on your boards.
