Warrior Pricing in Canada

hey guys, long time lurker first time poster

going nuts over here trying to decided between a Renegade X 800HO or a Warrior. My riding style would probalby suit the Renegade much more (coming from a 700X) but something about the RX1's really appeal to me.

Anyways, canadian pricing...what are you guys paying.

Found a black warrior for $11,800cdn and a blue warrior for $11,500cdn. Hows this in comparison to what others are paying?

and what should I expect to pay for a pair of Ohlins ? any chance the dealer would credit me somewhat for the stock warrior front shocks at all? how much would i be looking at for this setup?

You arent getting much better of a price anywhere. Dealer net is $11570 inc freight for a Warrior regardless of colour.

ok, would appreciate some honest opinions here.....


how strong will a well setup RX1 run on the lakes? I do quite a bit of drag racing..nothing serious but when the lakes freeze I spend quite a bit of time out there. Obviously the warrior will loose a bit on the top end but it seems people are having good luck with heavy hitters? How much would I need to spend to get the sled setup and running strong (without venturing into a turbo quite yet).

And if anyone has a rough idea about the Ohlins pricing im all ears

Save your $ for some mods. Ohlins are a waste of money IMO. Properly valved KYBs are a better shock and easier to maintain.
