My warrior suspension clunks and bangs at very slow speed 0-15mph.This happens only on the rebound. My dealer told me they think it is the nature of the skid.Has anyone else exerienced this?

Its the control rods. When the suspension fully extends, the control rods snap down to the low position. Its normal. On the 03's, the upper ring on the control rod would sometimes break, causing damage to the track. They're thicker on the 04 to be able to deal with that sharp extension.

I have the same problem. I have been asking around looking for a fix. If it is the control rods. Is there anything that can be done to stop the bang???

You need to go over the skid with a fine toothed comb! Check out the front arm and look carefully for cracks. YOu could have something loose in there. Is the motor so quiet that you can hear the skid moving? If yes, then wow. If no, I'd say you've got something goofy.
Grease everything well with low temp grease, and see if you notice it again. Good luck!

I just got back from Canada and I have 1100 miles on my Warrior. My suspension clunks also at low speeds. I met a French Canadian one night and he had added some type of torsion bars adapted from a Cat suspension to resolve this problem
I did not get details because his english and my french where both limited, but apparently it was added on to resolve this bothersome clunking

Check!
Check your chain tention. My 03 did the same thing until I tightened the chain. For those who don't know how. loosen the lock nut and finger tighten the tentioner bolt til snug then tighten lock nut. Try it you have nothing to lose.

I don't know if this was posted before, so here it goes.
I have often thought that certain metal noises from my track/slide rail was due to build-up of ice breaking loose. But I have recently discovered the real source of the irregular knocking type noise.
It was the part on the skid where the center ski shock mounts. This piece is a heavy bar that connects the two rails at the very front and is also where the shock mounts are. Mine was loose and I couldn't tell when the sled was sitting still because of the weight on the mount from the shock.
Just a thought for those that might have experience this metal noise also.

I think I found where the source of the noise is.
When you inspect it when the sled is sitting, you can't tell where the noise would be coming from. But when I had the skid out and the load on the shock mount removed, It was clear that the noise is from the front bar on the skid where the center shock mounts.
