I updated the sway bar on my 05 RX warrior. I installed the 13mm bar from Pioneer Performance - Everything seemed to go as planned....How much side to side "play" should there be? My bar is flush with the outside of the link on both sides...and there is about 1/4-3/8" play side to side.
Thoughts?

My pioneer has about 1/8 to 1/4 play... My stock one had more than that. I would say yours is probably fine, I'm no expert though. If you are concerned, contact Pioneer for their specs...
Enjoy....
Enjoy....
that is normal.

Squeeze the links in further before you tighten them.

So - the ends of the bar will be proud of the links...? As a result, there should be almost no play side to side when I am done - correct?
Thanks,

Thats correct I took the slop out by having my wife hold one side tight to the bulkhead and then me pushing the link tight to the bulk head on the other side. Works like a champ and you get to spend time with your wife LOL

Or for those whose arms are more than 6 inches long, you can just reach over and hold the other side yourself...

What do you got 3 arms there LB! LOL One to apply pressure from left, one to apply pressure from the right, and one to tighten said bolt to keep slop out.
