mcamzr said:You could always go 144 and have the 136 rails fixEd. Then you would have both. All but the longer tunnel for the 144. Mite look silly on a 136. But as it stands right now your sled looks sweet with the black rails.
Fear not the new rails will be powder coated black.
My black rails can not be repaired, they were destroyed when my sliders failed. The cracked rail is one I bought to replace them.
The sled is already set-up for 136" and I have a sweet 136 track however 144 would be great for our annual mountain trip. So I am torn..

A sled with a 144 tunnel and 136" rails actually looks quite normal. That is how the 06 Cat crossfires are, well technically its a 141 tunnel with a 136" skid but it looks normal.
Iceage 144" rails for when you have a lot of snow/go to the mountains and then just run the repaired 136" rails when you are near home. That way you'll have back-up rails either way. And lets face it, the nytro needs 144" if you're planning on playing in deep POW.

Thanks but I won't be doing that. If I'm dropping $500 for a set of custom rails they will be on the sled.
