If I were you I wouldn't try sharpening them, but if you really must, try a Dremel 30k spinner with a stone.

Isn't it a green stone or something?
I think I bought my green sharpening wheel from Shade Tree. It works great.

Don't waste your money on the dremel stones. Go and get yourself a green silicone grinding wheel. Its the only thing that will sharpen those carbide blades. I generally get a few sharpennings out of every set of carbides. They are worth about $20.00 here in Canada. Well worth it. You will have to remove the wheel cover on the grinder to be able to swipe the blade on your runners.
I have a green wheel. just buy nee carbides!!

I used to be a precision machinist, and had to grind carbide on a regular basis. The best thing to use would be a diamond wheel. It looks like a regular bench grinder wheel, except there is a very thin layer on the outside that is darker than the rest, and is impregnated with diamond dust. Try local machine shops...maybe they have an old wheel they replaced and they might give it to you. Just because its not up to holding tight tolerances on their equipment, doesn't mean it won't work to sharpen your carbides. There are wheels that look like bench grinder wheels, and also some "cup" wheels that you might be able to mount to an angle grinder. Oh, and use plenty of water on the wheel when you are grinding!

Thanks... Ill try the green wheel!
My carbides are still very thick , just wearing flat on the edge.
Way cheaper than a $110 set of carbides!
