Besides the handwarmers ...what else is different. .
I have a choice between a 06 or 07 leftover
and the price on the 06 is 500 less so I am wondering what the difference
and is worth an extra 500
Thanks

The shock is calibrated better on the 07. I easily bottomed the 06 but rarely bottom out the 07. I weigh 180 pounds.
If your any heavier than that, you may want to consider the 06 with a revalve and bigger spring for less than the 500 dollar difference.
Other possible issues: chaincase cover, wheels and windshield is lower.

the above plus there was some mention of a stiffening bracket on the rear of the tunnel. I think besides revalving, might be a seal improvement on the rear shock as well.

07 will have better resale than the 06 for sure ! You may get all your 500 back if you sell it within a couple of years !

The 07 GT has the upgraded chaincase cover, updated mudflap, handlebars, better shock calibation/seal in the rear, extra tunnel braces in the back as there were a couple issues with tunnels bending, and higher windshield. I'd go with the 07 for only the 500 dollar difference hands down.

Spring on the front shocks is a different colour too on the 07.
For $500, I would also take the 07 Attak. Now, if your dealer made the difference $1000, then I would consider the 06.

Go with the 07. Once loaded on your trailer they become used sleds and the 07 will fare better.
