What is the phillps head circled in blue do?

Can you guys tell me what these two adjustments do and how should they be set?

There should be a total of three of them between the 4 throttle bodies and they are used to sync the throttle bodies. Even though it's FI, there is a sync process similar to the old carbs like the RX-1.

Blue is Idle adjustment screws. Red is sync screws.
