I am getting ready for one last ride if forecast is accurate for tonight. I bought used '12 Apex last december, oil fresh at that time but neglected to ask what he put in it. Assume Yamalube, which is semi synthetic right? Any concerns with topping off with 030 Mobil 1? Don't have to add much, just above low line now.

Any 0-30 is fine for what little you are gonna add.

0w30 Yamalube would be a great choice.
