With some post say oil leaks what oil is everybody running ? Thinking about mobil 1 or the gold bottle from yamaha Always had good luck with yamaha products but i get a deal on mobil 1 thanks guys.

Mobil 1 0W-30 and Purolator Pue One oil filter. 28 dollar oil change. Oil is 22. at Wally's in the 5 qt jug, filter is 6.35 at Advance Auto Parts. Yammi filter is good, but at 15. it's expensive, and not nesessary. They design it for 10,000 miles and it can be retained for several oil changes. IMO you never introduce new oil to an old filter. I'm too old school. If you change your oil every season, the Purolator will be fine.

That said, I would be willing to bet if you never changed the oil in these sleds, the motor would still far outlast the rest of the sled. Use whatever you want and it will be fine.
