I'll bet if I looked long enough I'd find it posted in this forum.
I was just looking for feedback from people who have changed skis on there 05' Rage and what kind they felt were best.
I live in western NY I ride normally around 1000 miles of groomed trails here and another 1000 or so in Quebec. No matter what I do to my suspension this thing steers like a tank. I'm gettin too old to be wrestling with this sled the way it is. I know it's got a few more good years left in it so I want to make them more enjoyable. I don't want to spend a fortune but if I could make the steering better for a few of hundred bucks ,I'm all ears!
Thanks

I wanted to let you know. I tried a bunch of different things (including different skis shimming and carbides) and what worked best for me was the Woody's dually carbides. I have heard feedback from people that other forms of "duallys" work better but I haven't tried them yet. The Woody's made a world of difference for me. I put them on before my annual week trip to Quebec and what a pleasant difference. This year I will actually be able to mess with my suspension with ride being the important factor ,Not STEERING!!
Hope my advice can help you

You might want to check with Betheviper and or Warriorpilot.
They are both keen on the Kimpex Arrow Ski's for the type of riding you say you do. [Trail ] Warriorpilot told me he thinks they might actually steer a little too easy.
Betheviper is also a big fan of the "dartless" add on 1/2 pipes for the stock ski's. i'm not sure if he mentioned ease of steering.
I have the 4.5" Stud BoyDeuce bars on my wifes Vector on stock ski's. A friend has single runner Studboys on his Vector. We both feel my wifes sled feels like it has power steering compared to his. [ One cavaet, mine is a 07 Mono suspension and his in an 05 pro-action suspension. ] Both are set up to rail with little ski lift and the ski spring pressure at minimum.
