I'm about to buy a used 2010 xtx with a 1.75 track with 800ish km is there anything i should make sure to check over before the deal is done? any help would be appreciated.

With that kind of mileage it's basically just broken-in. Make sure there is no damage, check the front end for any "tweak". Even if it was never maintained with that kind of mileage it's probably not a big deal.

X2 on the front end. If someone is selling it after 800 KM, I'd make sure there isn't a reason.

Check the slides and oil level. Otherwise, Just ride it.

IMO: I did not like my Nytro very much before I added an OFT steering relocator. I would consider this upgrade a necessity.

To check the front end, look straight down above the front suspension. The spacing between the front shock/spring and the front upper control arm tube should be about the same on both sides of the sled. If one side is noticeably different, then it's very likely that the subframe is tweaked.
To check the front end for wear, I just pull the sled up on one side and have a buddy hold it while I move the ski/spindle around to check for play in the ball joints, control arm bushings, tie rods, etc.

also check the underside of the cast frame assembly - can be prone to damage even with skid plate in place

Don't be to worried about the front end a-arm and ski bolt bushings. They are more than likely shot. Mine were before 1000 miles. Easy job to fix it though.

Take a look at the skid. It can tell you a lot about wher it was ran. Lots of dings and chips in paint indicate lots of road running and likely exposure to salt. Like the other comment, the hyfax will tell a story as well.
