Maybe you already have a set of oilite bushings and don't even know it. You might be able to tell by inspecting it.
they are stock bushings and they are not broken or loose, checked today.

i think thats a good sign... heres some pics to follow

Those pictures are almost enough to make me sick. Does everyone see all that green grass STILL SHOWING?

Sled looks great.... the grass, not so much. Enjoy your new toy!!

I am very surprised at how that sled looks, especially one with "race" stickers all around. The seat doesn't even have a wrinkle in it!

Put those other skis on though, much needed.

Btw, it doesn't look the sled has the updated strengthening bracket for the running boards, at least as far as I can see.

i have the new slp, slt skis woth the darting keel thing.
im going to run them when the conditions are better....

as far as the tunnel was it a recall?

how would i go about getting them and where do they go?

the sled is by far the cleanest used sled ive ever seen with this mileage believe it or not i always buy used sleds and this one is the highest mileage and the cleanest at the same time, i can tell he took care of it even the motor , skid, under tunnel, is clean... more than i wanted to spend but after spending 16 hours in my truck looking at sleds i took this one home...

and i have a year of extended warranty left which was a good push towards this sled, i also have the maintenance record on oil changes, how often should i be changing oil?

thanks guys and next ill fill out my profile

Call your Dealer regarding the supports. I believe it's called a service bulletin. They'll probably need your VIN.

Btw, the sled looks great.

thank you,

could i grease drive bearings as prevntative maintenance?
from what i could see without taking it apart they are not going to be rusty and im a believer in greasing things...

any idea where to find a online manual?
ive been onm ty for a long time on the two stroke side and have always found manuals from members via: pdf

i just want to have as little down time as possible, is it me or does the search option suck here? om the two stroke side you use the search anf find things here it seems i cant find what im looking for , stil;l awesome to have a site like this im just having trouble navigating i guess.

and one more things any news on the best hyfax to use ???

2 search tips.
1. Filter by more terms and check search for all terms.

2. Search naturally on google finishing your search with , ty4stroke. ie: broken bolt nytro chaincase, ty4stroke

There is a download link for the service manual in the FAQ section for the Nytro. It's for an 08, but it's virtually identical to the 09s, aside from some changes.

Regarding the idler wheels, they aren't greasable.

Read up on slide wear, it's no fun going through 3 sets a year. There are many tips and mods on improving slide wear, including larger idlers and newer high tech sliders. Again, check out the Nytro FAQ.
