What was the first year for FI on the nytro? Im just wondering this since I may possibly looking to buy a used nyto this year. Furthermore what year nytros were better than others and for what reasons?

2008 is the first year when the Nytro was redesigned. Search Nytro issues and you'll find lots written about them

I believe 2008 was the first year for fuel injection.

08 was the first year, personally I'd stay away from the first year of any model! A lot of changes to the 09 model, and changes each year after even if they are slight.
