Hey guys, bearings are shot on my inside 2 idler wheels and the others im sure won't be far behind. Is there a wheel I can get that has a replaceable bearing?? Stock Yamaha ones are BS. Dennis Kirk has a Parts unlimited brand with a 25mm bearing and 130mm wheel that looks like it should work and I think it has replaceable bearings. Just wondering what everyone else is doing.

excell motorsports sells an amazing kit, i just installed it earlier this year and after 200 miles of riding little to no hyfax wear! they also have the replacable bearings in them

I'm running the Schmidt Bros wheels. So far (100 miles) no wear. Also replaceable bearings.

X2 on excell wheels, rolls much better now too.
X3
Time to wake up and not smell the Hyfax

i have 2 excell wheels inside the rails and 4 polaris wheels outside...

Excell as well. So far so good on slider wear.

Doo 135mm wheels.
Installed long before Excell was an option.
3rd season on same sliders.

The point is that the X wheels are actually made for Yamahas, they have a replaceable bearing and are the perfect fit where as Doo or Polaris are actually thicker bearing and put extra force on the wheel mounting bracket and rail. Plus you can't beat the price for a new idler. Just my .02 cents.

Ah yes... Back before Excell we had to machine certain areas and make spacers for the mounts to accept the bigger bearing. And, the bearings last longer because they are beefier. No more extra pressure on rails than Excell wheels.

Ditto using Doo mounts on my MP but used a combo of Doo wheels/mounts and Excells on the Phazer. Used the Excells on the suspension mount bars (no choice there) and the Doos to replace the others. I like the idea of the two bolts holding that mount.

Excell's XTX kits here , 200 miles on snirt and marginal snow, hardly notice it on the slides. No Scratchers.
