Starter relay is right next to the battery on the RH side. It is not a common relay that you can swap with another relay (like fuel pump). I usually sell the starter relays for $30 or so.
It looks like you have two threads going for the same issue. FYI the moderators tend to frown on such things.
Did you locate the relay? Do you have a volt meter and do you have some basic electrical knowlege? If so, this is easy to troubleshoot.
The starter solenoid coil circuit is fed by a red/white wire that should be hot whenever the ignition switch is on and the kill switch pulled up. The blue/white wire on the other side of the starter solenoid coil is grounded when the key is turned to the cranking position. If you have 12 vdc on these two wires when the key is in the cranking position the solenoid should close its contacts and energize the starter.
