When my apex sits out in the cold for long time the starter will not engage, I replaced the three relays behind the panel by your left knee with the new updated relays and holders which by the way are the exact same thing as the old holders only no retainer on the new relay so it can fall out now,so now I am thinking the starter relay, anyone know where it is?
To the right of the battery under the airbox.
Edited to add that if the snowmobile is pointing North the right side of the sled is on the East.
