Where is the fuel screw?

Ok, ok, my ignorant moment. I'm installing an ECP kit. Going well until I got to the instructions telling me to turn the "fuel screw" 2 to 2 1/2 out.

Where exactly is the fuel screw being referenced? The allen screw on the float bowl appears to just be a drain screw.

Is it really on the "front" of the carb (toward front of sled) or is it on the side?

Pic would be REALLY helpful!

Underneath the carb. Next to float bowel. Hard to see because of the carb heater plugs.

Underneath the carbs on the engine side if i remember correctly
