I'm trying to decide which sled to buy. I want something that can handle deep snow but also ride alot of ditches and run on the occasional groomed trail. I don't think a 136 ripsaw will do it for me. I'm looking at buying an Attak, stretching to to 144 and putting a 1.5 or 1.75 paddle under it. I'm also wondering about buying an Apex MTX and setting it up for flatlands. Which would be the better choice? What are the pros and cons of running a mountain sled in the ditches? How is the ride, handling, will the mountain skid be as good of a ride as the extended mono in the Attak? How much $$ will I need to spend on the MTX to get it clutched and geared correctly along with anything else that needs to be changed? I would probably just cut down the track lugs. Any info is appreciated.

What about a Nytro XTX? just change out the 1.25 Ripsaw, and it would be a great powder sled!
I don't really want to spend that much. I'm just making the jump from 2 strokes and I'm looking at sleds that are a couple years old. I also would rather have the 150 hp in the apex.
How would extending an Attak to 144 affect the performance of the rear suspension? Hartman sells the kit for under $300 and I could find a used 144 mountain track pretty cheap to cut down. I really like the Attak GT, I wish there were more around.
