I would go with Ulmers or Fullers.

Always go for MCX turbo !!
I think Ulmer's is a pretty sweet package, but it does leave some to be desired as far as fuel controllers go.
MCX is a very complete kit as it comes.
I will be running very similar (custom set ups) One as a rear mount one on a Ulmer cast header. I am curious to see how they compare. Already though with running my rear mount I see no impacts of lag, there is a little lag but it does not effect the ride ability in anyway. From the research I have done the shorty headers (impulse, ulmer,Alpine) are not a ideal set up for getting proper exhaust pulse into the turbo. So just because one is a rear, one is a mid I would not automatically assume lag is better or worse.
But as always I am no expert, just a guy that spends too much time on the internet.

I would get whatever kit you have a dealer/ mechanic available for.
I went with MCX cause they are located not too far away from me, which means easy access for spare parts and service when needed

Where do you live? What type of riding are you planning on doing. MCX is always is first on my list, as they have descent dealer support network. Espically in western Can/Usa. If your looking for all out raw power, Impulse likely makes the biggest HP.

Good luck, you will be addicted to the power forever..
