Just wondering, are they loud? Sound good? Also does the skid need to come out for installation. There is one on ebay right now.

I have heard them all and I honestly feel the best,tightest most non-obnoxious sound comes from an Excell. Install is pretty easy for the WK. If it's a QC1 it's much less noisy than the RACE version which is what most guys describe as "deaf'ning" loud.

I installed one last spring and haven't had and opportunity to ride it yet. It is pretty loud, but with a helmet on it is much quieter. It took about 2 hours for the install.

I think there trail version is loud also.I prefer thew saound of the excell.The hauck is loud too but I think it has a killer sound.

I agree....I had one and sold it. It was not only loud but it sounded "tinny"and made the sled sound "loose".

I like a deeper tighter rumble sound......
