Someone here tapped their crankcase hose into one of their K&N's earlier this season. Who was it, Treewhacker maybe? The person also had a picture posted. How did it end up working?

It wasn't me but I've been watching this one with great interest.
Are these hoses supposedly coming off the 3/4" crankcase breather line with the small round K&N filter or somewhere else?
If they do come off that line do they replace the function of the fliter of merley come off the same line?
I must say I think this theory has merit. I'll be anxiously to see how this turns out. PB

Yes, the 3/4' crankcase breather line. It would replace the filter entirely.

See my reply on the post by Knapp where Dynarex talks of doing this.
But to answer your question...to do it cleanly, you could install an elbow into the front of each air filter (the rubber portion) and glue it in place with a good sealant. I use Valco Cincinatti HV350. Make the elbows face each other as the filters sit on the carburetors and branch them together with a piece of hose. Then cut this hose in half anf install a "T" between the 2 ends. Now you have one end to allow you to tie into the current crankcase breather vent hose.

Thanks Freddie that was a perfect description. I guess I'll wait to see if it works based on your dyno testing this week. PB
