We have seen times in the past where this has happened also usually it is just a matter of reposting the picture can you point me at a link that has this problem to see if I can duplicate and try to figure it out?

I ran into one of your examples of the black box in looking at the dimensions of the actual picture you are exceeding the criteria for allowable uploads, (not sure why the system is not catching that) Resize your pictures to 800 X 600 and repost them and i'm betting the problem will go away.
