just wanted to know if any other of you guys have this problem. At wide open throttle racing across a flat for example, I get a pop or mis fire coming from the exhaust, seems to me to be a lean condition, or hitting a rev limiter. I changed the plugs to ngk cr10ek and no difference also it is alot more noticeable with my under tunnel exhaust. is there a problem with this . thanks

Do you get the mis fire right when you crack the throttle or after a few seconds of wide open?

What under tunnel exhaust do you have?

I got the same problem,Its a lean spot in the mapping I believe . Its a hesitation,Well at least mine is.

It's not a lean condition. :o| These sleds run rich from the factory, not lean. What you are hearing is your rev limiter kick in. Hit the limiter on mine yesterday in deep powder with no traction at 9400+ rpms.

No,I am hearing this at 6500-7000 RPM. No way I am hitting the rev limiter.

mine happens as soon as you floor board the throttle. it does feel like a hesitation. it did right out of the box since new. I have since added a rs3 yoshi can with the silent insert and put in a hartman helix and roller weights that are lighter. it pulls great going up hills etc. We typically ride above 10k feet. I dont know the rpm that it is doing it at. I will ck later on when we go out again to ck the tach.

Get your rpm down...

If you ear it around 6000-7000 rpm, not suppose... Mine it was pass 9200rpm. I had to add rivets on clutch weights to get the rpm lowered.
Now full throtle, 8900rpm and doesn't hit rev. limiter anymore.

I was out in Montana, and I had sputter-hesitation at take off in powder. I'm taking into the dealer, they said the fuel injection rail may need calibration.

mine did this and the dealer found a coil wire was stretched causing the coil to not be on all the way.
