My wifes phazer even from new as always had in my opinion to much play in the steering We got it new in december last year being a left over 07 FX model got a great deal. The other problem was the reverse sometimes works sometimes not and the same regaining forward drive. It went back in after 50 miles or so for warranty work with The steering and reverse problems. The reverse problem is not as bad but still quite annoying and the steering now with 700 miles is should i say quite slack. I am putting this and my nytro back in for warranty work at a differant dealer lets hope they fix it this time not fill us full of hogwash

I am going to try to have my dealer do something about the sloppy steering. That is after I am done riding it fo the season. I think I am going to install grease zerks in the A-arms also.

zook have you had any issues with reverse selection?

I had a little issue with it but it seems fine now.

u have to take it in and they will put in a shim or whatever its called and then it works fine.

They did that at the last dealership but still not fixed!

Well warranty day is here sleds go in today later on. Just found out more bad stuff with my nytro with all top and bottom joints trashed, but this phazer is even more bad news. There is over 3/4 of an inch of ski movement at the tip of the ski alone without itgoing through the steering. Plus Her right A arm is bent how is this so. She rides like a girl as she is one lol.

my wifes phazer is going in this week to have the reverse problem fixed as well. Same problem as you described....hopefully they get it fixed.
