Want to drop on a 136 x 1.5 track and a Expert X on my 05 RX-1 ER LE, will it work with the stock drivers and no studs?

From my experience with a 1.25x144, you are going to have some fun installing that.
First off, you have to remove the tunnel protectors.
Second, the rear mount point specified in the "RX/Warrior" install sheet is TOO HIGH, I dropped mine down by 1/2" and get 1/4" clearance to the exhaust cradle. Yours being 136 will get more clearance with a 1.25 track, and with a 1.5 will probably end up where mine is.
And make sure that you're using an aftermarket kickup tunnel extension. I think the track will hit an OEM extension. Also can NOT use an OEM rear heat exchanger. I had to heavily modify mine and raise it up by 2" to get the clearance.
The good news though, is IT WILL FIT.

Would I be better off going to a 1.375 that is notched for Polaris, Cat tunnel coolers?

1.25 ripsaw on 03rx-1
Adam, do I have to do any modifications to fit a 1.25 ripsaw on my 03 RX-1. Do I have to remove tunnel protectors?

RX-Dave: Wont make any difference since if you put the suspension in the standard position, the tunnel protectors will want to cut into your track by about 1.75", so you'll need to both remove the tunnel protectors AND move the back holes down 1/2" anyways.
MUSTANG1: Not with stock suspension. There's lots of clearance for it.
