I have a couple options since I sold my 09 XP Renegade 800. I found a 2011 Apex SE for 9100 with powderhonuds studs ans 1800 miles. But looking i found a 2011 Apex XTX from Porty Yamaha with 700 miles and warranty till 2016 for 9800. I also would have to have it shipped to me in Maine another 500 bones and it would be site unseen. Anyone do business with Port Yamaha are they trustworthy? Anyone live close enough who would give me a honest opinion of the sled? That would be ideal but first need to know if it'll fit in my 10 foot enclosed SnoPro my 09 Apex LTX did and supposedly the two are the same length Thanks for the help and please give me some opinions on the two sleds? Keep in mind the 1000 dollar difference and the XTX doesn't have any studs which is needed IMHO here for trails in Maine. Thanks

I just bought the brand new 2011 XTX site unseen from port yamaha. I liked the no hassle and no BS approach. I went to yamaha.com and looked at the specs supposedly the Apex XTX and Attak, Apex LTX all are the same specs in length. So I would say YES it will fit. I live 6 hours away from the dealer as well, but blew everyone else away in price. Ask for Mike.

they are the same length, but they must fit tight in that trailer. actually let me refraise this, ski to bumper is the same. 2011 snowflap angles out more due to track/skid back just a touch.

I just purchased a new Apex from Port. Very trustworthy people. They are 5 hours from me. I wouldn't deal with anyone else!

Mine fit in my chilton 10ft.
I just had to reach in while opening the cover and push the
snow flap in a little so it wouldn't catch the cover.
Was easy.

ski to bumper is right at 10 ft, the best that I can measure. Snow flap angles back a couple more inches on the 2011 + sleds
