I'm thinking of putting a m10 skid in my 04 rx1 will this lift the rear height or will it stay the same? does anybody know
It will lift the rear of your sled.

Will it lift it alot or just a few inches? do you have one in yours?
m-10
Just got my hands on a M-10 from a 600 v-max, low miles on it. Question is will it fit my 03rx1 and my 03viper. Don't know what sled I will put it on, the misses rides the vip. Is it a big job to do yourself or does it take an engineer/dealer to do the job

The m-10 I put in my rx-1 lifted it a lot, I also put on a tunnel ext. at the time which also helped that cause. My snow flag is 15 inches from the ground with me on the sled.
It will lift it up and It's not that hard of a job. You have to drill a few holes and add some rivits. There is an article on the in the FAQ section, I think.

It raised mine too but not that much when I am seated on it . If I am off it , it looks way higher
It raised the rear of my warrior about 7" and that drops to5" when I am on it.

It is top heavy,im sure i could get it to sit lower if i played with the settings ,but it rides so smooth over ALL the bumps that im afraid that if i play with it it wont ride as nice. Im not a speed demon by no means,so what i loose in handling due to the higher C.O.G i can live with. Also i am 220 lbs with all the gear so it does sit a little lower when im on it.

Get the M-10....you will love it.... I am 6-2 and weight 245 (all muscle of course)
You can easily set it up to ride a bit lower....all you would do is a bit less pretension on the rear shock and slide the bottom adjustment shaft ahead to get more stroke from the shock.....The skid is highly adjustable......I was a bit disappointed at first, until I did some experimenting and now it outright rocks…..Remember though if you set your ride height to low….when you slam the bumps….you will have less travel…..Now after having said all that….I did loose charge in my rear FOX Zero pro shock today….A bit premature I think… :itchy: ..But never the less I still love the M-10…I would have gotten rid or my Rx bye now if I never put in that skid…..
